Untitled Love Poem 2 I know that you are happy
and I know that you are sad
but, I just want to tell you
that soon you will be glad
that you made the right decision
and things will soon take hold
that will fulfill the plans we're promised
and our life will soon be gold.
You and I have nothing
but happiness in store
and soon you will find
that there is so much more
than anything we've dreamed of.
There's a path that lies ahead
full of wondrous beauty

Much Time Dying I've never been to London
and I've never been to Spain.
I've never been to Paris
just to feel the pouring rain.
I've never climbed a mountain.
I've never mined for gold.
I've never seen the Brooklyn bridge
and never seen it sold.
I've never swam the ocean
and I've never sailed the sea.
I've never saved a cat
from the top of a tree.
I haven't done a lot of things,
but not for lack of trying.
I better get busy living
I've spent way too much time dying.
